Staying healthy is what  everybody wants to do. But no one cannot all the time stay healthy. Somehow, once in a while you may get sick, whether you want it or not.  One gets sick when his body resistance to a certain illness is low. When you get sick, everything goes wrong. You cannot do anything maximally. Your activities are affected. You cannot work in full capacity. Economically speaking, you are losing money that you  should otherwise get  Worse stil,l you are supposed to pay for the treatment (and hospitalization).  So, what are we supposed to do in such a condition? All we can do is make sure that we minimize the risk of falling sick one way or another.  When you do get sick despite all your efforts to stay healthy, all we can do is face it, accept it.  This might be a reminder to you that you should get some break, some rest. 

When you do get sick, here are some tips for fast recovery:

  • Get some rest and the best kind of rest is sleep.  But this should not last long less it can become a daily habit. Once you feel better, do not sleep too much anymore, Get back to your normal activities.
  • Take enough liquid and eat good food that contains vitamins and mineral.  When you get sick, your appetite for eating is low and multivitamins are the answer for this condition. Vitamins serve as food complements to make up insufficient food intakes. They must not become the main source of energy that you need, however .Different supplements are designed for different situations.
